Glad to Know the Truth Now

My friend was an atheist
And this is what she'd say:
Dolphins dropped us humans here
While passing by in space.
But I believed ideas too
Ridiculous as that -
Like if you die, you fly or fry
And babies should get splashed !

It sure is good to know God's truth
It really frees the brain
If no one ever showed me
I might have gone insane
For this is such a crazy world
So short on sense and hope
If I'd not learned of the truth
How could i have coped?

So my friend the atheist
And I were in a lurch
Crop circles confused her
And I felt sick at church
But then we both heard some news
We'd never heard before
It opened up our hearts and minds
And in the sunlight poured!

Yes!
It sure is good to know God's truth
It really frees the brain
If no one ever showed me
I might have gone insane
For this is such a crazy world
So short on sense and hope
If I'd not learned of the truth
How could I have coped?

Well, last time I looked up
I saw no Flipper in the sky
No space ship-parking pyramid builders
Stop in to say "Hi !"
I do NOT pray to patron saints
To help me find my keys
And I don't fear the universe
Will implode onto me!

Oh it sure is good to know God's truth

If we hold onto Jah's words
We can surely cope
